
Ingredients:
-Chicken wings: 3 pounds (around 30 wings)
-Olive oil: 5 tablespoons
-Brown sugar: 3 TBSP
-Garlic powder: 3 tsp
-Onion powder: 1 1/2 tsp
-Ground mustard: 1 1/2 tsp
-Paprika: 1 1/2 tsp
-Salt: 1 1/2 tsp
-Chili powder: 3/4 tsp
-Red pepper flakes: 3/4 tsp (optional)
-Cayenne Pepper 3/4 tsp (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and set a wire baking rack on top of a rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
2. Use paper towels to pat the chicken wings dry.
3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with the olive oil, tossing to ensure they’re evenly coated.
4. In a separate small bowl, mix together all the dry rub ingredients.
5. Individually coat each chicken wing in the dry rub mixture and arrange them on the wire rack.
6. Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After that, flip them over and continue baking for another 20 minutes or until they’re nice and crispy.
7. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Enjoy!

Here’s a large batch dry rub recipe you can make and store for later:

-Onion powder: 2 1/2 TBSP
-Ground mustard: 2 1/2 TBSP

-Salt: 2 1/2 TBSP
-Chili powder: 1 1/4 tsp
-Red pepper flakes: 1 1/4 TBSP (optional)
-Cayenne Pepper: 1 3/4 TBSP (optional)
