German Dutch Baby Pancakes Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 6 tbsp butter

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• ½ tsp kosher salt

• ¼ cup granulated sugar

• 1 cup whole milk

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 6 large eggs

Instructions:

1. Add butter to a 9×13” glass pan or a cast iron skillet. Place in oven and preheat to 425°F until butter melts. Remove if browning starts.

2. In a blender, add milk, vanilla, and eggs and blend until eggs are thoroughly mixed. Add flour, salt, and sugar and blend until it resembles a smooth texture.

3. Pour batter into the melted butter in a figure-8 motion. Swirl slightly for texture.

4. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes until edges puff up and brown. Spread any pooled butter before serving.
